Complain

I went to service my car 3 weeks ago and then they told me everything is well but i must replace the battery,so I bought the battery then I discovered that the airbox /airfilter box is broken, I call the receptionist she transferred me to services department then told the lady what happened she says they will investigate who was doing the service then they will call me back and even now still waiting for the call. I so disappointed cause i been services with them for past years.
