Charged for cancelled policies

I bought a car from Toyota Parktown in October 2018. When I bought the car they added a number of services like tracking device etc but this year I decided to cancel all those policies and got credited the Pro rata for the amounts paid in advance but Toyota Financial services still charges me for those cancelled services. When I phoned them they told me that those services can only be cancelled by Toyota Parktown since they were paid for by the dealer.

I called Akashni from Toyota Parktown on *** but she told me that Toyota Financial services said they cannot cancel those services since they were part of the contract. How is it possible that one can cancel the policies and get a refund but still being charged for those cancelled services. This is absolutely pathetic

The polices are as follows:

1.M-sure renewtech ***0 cancelled 18 July 2019

2. Beame tracking device 892498 cancelled 29 April 2019

3. Innovation warranty *** cancelled 5 June 2019
