car involved in an accident and payed up
On the 09/09/2014, car Yaris T3 - Account *** of Toyota finance in Malibongwe Drive was involved in an accident and was written off, I Magdeline Mashinini, ID*** was the driver and owner. The outsurence a/c OT***5 paid the setlement amount. <br> Around October 2014 I visited Toyato Malibongwe to confirm if settlement was paid by Outsurence, I was informed by manager (gentleman) at that time that there is a R16000.00 shortfall by Insurance. I consulted Outsurence through calling and following them up without success. Early 2015, I went to Outsurence offices in Centurion and left dissappointed without help when I ask for prove of settlement and left without being helped, I was forced to continue paying monthly instalment of R2500 from October 2014 to date. <br> On the 11/07/2015 I decided to call again Toyota Finance and Noorashia of [Email Removed] confirmed that, a settlement was done already before the end of 2014. I informed the representative of Service Toyota I needed my money back and she asked me to send all prove of payment, after she did a information check and confirm all the detail I supp**** were correct, I need help to get my money back.

These processes are statutory and regulatory compliance requirements which the Banks are obligated to execute.
