Bring my NaTis documents!!!!

In august my vehicle was repossessed and was told that it’s arrears accumulated over 2mnths and i had to repay the outstanding amount of 90k inclusive (storage and sheriff’s fee) which i didn’t understand why i was accounted for.Late september i paid the full amount they wanted and they profusely didn’t want to return my car eventually had to get myself lawyers to help get the vehicle back. Eventually after fighting with storage ppl i got the vehicle and they said they’ll send NatiS documents it’s been over 3mnths and i have been waiting.Been sending countless emails but no reply.It is atleast the most unprofessional most disgusting way to deal with customers I for 1 regret the day i chose to go with them for my vehicle finance!!!
