Bad service and management

Bad...bad!!!! My vehicle was fully paid off on the 20th of December. TFS still debited my account at the end of the month. Got my money back mid January. End January they debited my account again. The promised to refund me within 4 to 5 working days. It is now 7 working days and still waiting. They should ask ABSA how to!!!
