3 weeks . . . no eNatis document

I requested a signed copy of my eNatis document to take my vehicle accross the border, on 1 March 2018, thinking just over 3 weeks should be enough time to get this sorted. I was told to pay R 57.00 for postage. This was done 3 weeks ago. Since then, numerous emails with no responses or an email today still requesting a delivery address, which was sent to them. I also phoned the Call Centre. The info I rec from the Operator was for last years eNatis request. How do they get a simple request so wrong . . .
