28 Days Waiting for Vehicle Papers – No Resolution

I am extremely disappointed with Toyota Financial Services. All required payments and documents were completed and submitted on 3 September 2026 at approximately 11:35. I was advised the process would take 10 working days.

It is now 1 October, and I am STILL waiting for my vehicle papers. I have contacted the call centre DAILY and spoken to multiple consultants, but I receive different answers each time and am continually sent from one person/department to another.

I have fulfilled all my obligations and should not have to spend almost a month chasing documents that were meant to be processed within 10 working days.

I urgently require my papers. Please escalate this to a MANAGER/SENIOR CONSULTANT who can take ownership, provide a clear reason for the delay, and confirm exactly when I will receive my documents.
