That sounds incredibly frustrating! It's understandable why you're unhappy after spending time setting up a campaign only to find your credits are depleted before sending any emails. Here are a few ways to rewrite your statement, focusing on clarity, impact, and conveying the sense of grievance: š Option 1: Direct and Focused on the Loss I purchased a pay-as-you-go credit package that included enough credits for 200 emails plus an additional 500 sending credits. My account already contained another 500 credits, totaling 1000 sending credits. After building the campaign for about 50 minutes (which included sending a required test email), I attempted to launch the full send. To my surprise, the system stated "insufficient credits." The credits were gone before sending a single mass email. When I contacted the company, they cited "pay-as-you-go limitations." I am extremely dissatisfied with this outcome. I feel forced to make an effective R300 donation for zero emails sent and 50 minutes of wasted effort.
