Totally Tailored Solutions - Poor service delivery - 8 months and still no service

its been 9 months since I enquired about completing my ODETDP qualification with Totally Tailored Solutions as i already achieved 50% of the required unit standards back in 2015.

their was some initial contact in June and July 2022 and since then they have ignored my emails and phone calls.

I reached out again to them in Feb 2023 and they promised to give me a quote for the remaining unit standards that i still needed to do. Its now 14 March 2023 and Im still waiting on a quotation let alone a response from them....

I cant understand my they continue to send me emails of special offers and promotions knowing that I'm still waiting on them to assist me since June 2021...

I cant believe we have companies in this day with such putrid and pathetic service delivery and absolutely lacking in every aspect with student support so I will not recommending them for anything.
