Terrible service provider

Very disappointed with the service received. I have completed a moderator’s course on March 2022 and to date have not received any results or certification as yet. When contacting them, all you get is different excuses. First it was that the seta is updating systems, now it’s something to do with a merge but surely it cannot take 3 years to process results. Will never recommend them to anyone as no service provider should take 3 Years to issue results
