Poor Service and they are so unprofessional

Never waste your time and your hard earned cash, I paid for my sister and I for the moderators course which we handed over our **** in March 2020 since now December 2020 we have not received our SOR Charmaine acts as if she is going to help while she is rude and unprofessional in her emails no line to call only email correspondence nothing was received from them they say they do have a list of whos file has been submitted for verification as they have many clients and have been using covid 19 as an excuse. When asked for a refund she was very rude said she cannot refund us as she has paid for assessment and verification. Other providers are issuing SORs only them nje. I am so disappointed and frustrated.
