I have been ghosted and not receiving any replies

Recently I decided to name and shame @totallytailoredsolutions after 3 years of back and forth trying to get my qualifications, facilitator, assessor and moderator, which I completed in full. I was promised feedback on my work, as one would expect when studying so one can know where to improve and understand the work, and I am being denied that even though I have the proof in writing. I have been ghosted by them and I take it that I will never receive my moderator qualification that I worked and paid for. I am writing this as a warning to anyone who is considering studying with them. I have all my evidence from the last three years including messages, emails, voice notes, you name it. Do not trust them!
