Extremely Disappointed.

I completed and submitted my facilitators and assessors' course, but I have yet to receive my results or any updates regarding their status. When I inquired about this matter, I was met with notable rudeness and have not received a clear response regarding the situation. The quality of the service offered is quite disappointing.
