DO NOT TRUST THEM

Three years ago, I successfully completed my assessor, facilitator, and moderator courses through Totally Tailored Solutions and fulfilled all the requirements to receive my certificates. Since then, I have made countless attempts to contact the institution through calls and messages, only to be ignored.

Instead of resolving the matter or even communicating with me, they have now blocked me.

These certificates are not just pieces of paper—they are proof of qualifications that have affected my ability to pursue employment and opportunities.

I’m posting this not to attack anyone, but to ask for accountability. If you advertise qualifications and certifications, students deserve to receive them within a reasonable timeframe and to be treated with respect when they ask for updates.

I sincerely hope this issue can finally be resolved. Three years is simply too long.
