Bad service

I have done a accessors course with them finished and handed my POE in in January. Didn't receive feedback on my course. They don't have a contact number to speak to someone only whatsapp and email. I can't see that this is ethical or legal. They take our hard earn money and then leave you out on your own. I have spend hours on the course wasted time. Will never refer them as a service provider.
