TotalAv Antivirus Cost Trap ****

In Jan 2022 I purchased TotalAV Antivirus for my PC for R239 for A year license. In Jan 2023 I had R2108.93 deducted from my account. I contacted TotalAV and was told its auto renewal. I never agreed to an auto renewal and demanded my month back they then tried to offer me a discount of 60% and then later a larger discount of 80% I refused and informed them I would no longer use TotalAv software due to this and demanded a full refund. They agreed in writing and I received a refund of R1991.97 this is R116.96 short of the total amount. I have reported them to my bank for ***** and hope to recover the remaining balance.
