Total Track is not returning my calls

I've had their tracking product for a year but never received a fitment certificate after contacting them several times on email and telephonically. I've been calling them since the anniversary of my contract when the (app stopped working) to cancel but they keep telling me someone will call me back. They continue to send debit orders monthly. Would they kindly call me to resolve this. TT0403
