Total Track Horrible service
This service has been poor from day 1, it took a full year to resolve one problem which I was made to feel like I am being ridiculous for wanting it to be fixed. My name was spelt wrong- and which meant something completely different and I was told I signed up for a tracker to do it job not for an app…I have WhatsApp and emails to proof this back and forth…and now at the last hour I have been told I need to follow the cancellation policy yet for the past 12 months I have been paying for something I haven’t been able to use
