Horrible Service

The service at this place is absolutely horrible. In December 2023 I've been with them for a year In beginning of November 01/11/2023 I see they deducted almost twice my amount without notifying me. When I phoned they said they forgot to notify me. They said its my yearly admin fees and increase Please note I joined 12/12/2022 so technically its a whole month too early. Then end December they threaten to take me to debt collectors because I didn't pay my yearly admin fees but yet they debited me that already 01/11/2023. Then beginning of Jan they debited me very late not on my agreed date once again not letting me know that they will be doing that. This is absolute horrible.
