REJECT PAYMENT WITH POOR EXCUSE.
REFUSE TO PAY CLAIM. I submitted my claim but needed supporting documents. Then their reply went to my spam. I then submitted my documents with all related information for my claim to be paid. Now TRA reject submission. All info is submitted, why reject payment?
