Terrible Service - Total Ninja Northgate

I'd honestly give them a zero if I could! The service from the Total Ninja Northgate branch has gone down under super fast! I took my kids there today but the guys at front desk seems so bored and uninterested when I enquired about few things prior to paying. They made me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. How do you help someone fill out the disclaimer form on that darn pad of theirs while you are busy chatting with everybody else who's passing by??? The other one legit was looking over my shoulder while I was asking him some questions. Not a friendly service at all!!! I've hosted parties and my kids attended parties there but I've never received such a bad customer service before. The staff at front desk should be removed from there if they don't want to give a friendly service. I'm never setting foot at that branch ever again! Actually, I'd rather go to the rooftop at that mall and get excellent service at Jozi Go-Karting as they are much better at customer service than the TN people you have to force to give you a friendly service!!! Never again going to this branch and I will inform all my friends and family not to host their kiddies parties there! ******* service nje!
