extreme unpleasant Birthday party

I booked for a 20kids birthday party for my son yesterday. I am extremely unhappy with the service we received yesterday. We were brought to a so called "reservation area" upon arrival, Then at around 2 to the table close to party room 6. Drinks take forever to come, we had to constantly ask the host. Then around 5min to 3pm, we were told that we cannot use party room 6. And again moved us to party room 3. Which is far from where parents were sitting. Then there is a lady constantly bugging my guests for waivers while some parents were not present. She also came to me numerous times, I told her I don’t know their surnames but she insists and really gave us unnecessary hard time. the celebration was only 1hr, and she was disturbing us taking unnecessary time. lastly, they came and ask me to settle the bill while my guests are leaving, can this not be done after all guests leave? This whole experience was very frustrating and unpleasant If you don’t have the capacity to host parties Rather cut down on the numbers of parties!!!!!!!!
