Double payment dispute

My experience at Tortellino d’Oro was incredibly disappointing.

The payment dispute itself was frustrating, but what stood out most was the owner’s attitude throughout the process. Over 10 days, I experienced dismissive communication, a lack of cooperation, and was ultimately blocked while trying to resolve a legitimate concern.

On the night of my visit, I was also uncomfortable with the way staff were spoken to. From my perspective, several interactions came across as belittling and degrading, and it was particularly unpleasant to later find myself on the receiving end of a similar tone when seeking assistance.

Mistakes happen. What matters is how they are handled. Unfortunately, the customer service I experienced fell far below expectations.
