Tortellino D’Oro vile conduct
I am highly disturbed at how management chose to conduct themselves with regards to a double payment dispute with one of their customers and question how the staff is treated based on the vile behaviour from management. I encourage relevant authorities to look into the working conditions and environment of staff and request that Thandeka gets her refund. ****** is unacceptable.

The Management is utterly rude to customers of colour, although your meal may cost a specific amount, they will charge you double and pretend it did not happen

Disgusting, emotionally immature owner
Don't waste your time and money coming here. The owner/manager lady is so rude and condescending. Doesn't know how to communicate with people at all, literally shouts at her customers and her staff like a temperamental child. Someone with such emotional immaturity shouldn't be in charge of people. On top of that, there's a whole story on Tiktok where she just treated the woman so badly when they were trying to resolve an issue with. double payment. This owner was so condescending and rude the whole time. Just search up the restaurant's name on Tiktok, you'll find it. Such disgusting behaviour.

Double payment dispute
My experience at Tortellino d’Oro was incredibly disappointing. The payment dispute itself was frustrating, but what stood out most was the owner’s attitude throughout the process. Over 10 days, I experienced dismissive communication, a lack of cooperation, and was ultimately blocked while trying to resolve a legitimate concern. On the night of my visit, I was also uncomfortable with the way staff were spoken to. From my perspective, several interactions came across as belittling and degrading, and it was particularly unpleasant to later find myself on the receiving end of a similar tone when seeking assistance.
