Worst service received TORGA FARRARMERE

Torga Optical FARRARMERE was one of my worst experiences I have ever had. Ordered my new glasses. I told them it was scew on my face. My eye lashes was rubbing against the one side. I was told by the Optometrist that I should cut my eye lashes for it to work. The frame was bent and twisted to try and get it right. They then ordered a new pair. Glasses seemed much better. I left my old glasses there so that they could change the lenses onto the new frame. I was never called to say it was ready. I went back there after 3 days. Fitted the glasses. Same feeling. They told me they would need to send it to Cape Town to the factory for them to check as it might be that one lens is too big for the frame. Two weeks later still no call from them. I sent an email to find out the progress. Got a reply back only late that afternoon to be told that the glasses have just arrived from the factory. Went back to fit them on. Same feeling. The frame is scew and I am sure that they never have sent it to be checked and fitted. It feels lie the same specs. Eye lashes still rubbing against the lens. Not happy with TORGA FARRARMERE. ****s and *******s.
