With this service you wont last

I got a pair of new glasses in June. It fell and the ear broke off. Beginning of September I took it to torga optical pe in baywest mall. Same day lady phoned me saying it will be fixed . Will cost R500 I agreed. BEGIN of October I phoned to ask when it will be back. The lady had no idea what I was talking about. So she phoned back. Saying the glasses was stil their. She asked what I wanted to do with them.... I rep**** and said well a month ago I asked that it be fixed. She phoned a week later . Saying that it cant be fixed and now its on its way back from sumwhere. I honestly don't understand how its possible . And why I am still waiting for her to let me know. Cause we are going on month 3 now. Ive never had a good experience at any torga optical. Its time to take my bad eyes else where.
