Useless Accounts Department

Well the service was not bad but accounts department is absolutely useless. I keep getting sms's after i made the co-payment required with my credit card that i owe them money. I have phoned and emailed requesting statements numerous times but I don't receive any. I have even been to the store. If they think they are just going to get money from me without any idea what it is for they are mistaken. Will never go to them for optical care again, because of accounts department
