Unhappy

I took an eye test and was recommended that I get classes. I was reluctant to get since i didn’t like the frames, but the staff made it appear that i may need it in order to pass my drivers eye test.

After much debate I chose frames and headed to the traffic department. I passed the eye test, and was told my results show that I do not need glasses to drive. I then called to cancel my order and would willingly pay for the eye test done.

I confirmed with the guy on the phone who assisted me that I would only be charged for the eye test.

I now see messages from Toga saying that they are refusing to cancel my order because the lenses have already been made.

I also asked for a copy of the quote shown to me in the store and only see a discount of about 1100, this after being told if i get 2 frames i will be getting a discount of almost 4000.

I asked for a quote for the lenses only, since i didnt like the frame, and now im being told that i got a package discount and the price needs to be calculated.
