Be very careful with Torga Optical The Glen My husband went for an eye test on the 15th of June. We asked for a quote for new glasses to be made - we immediately said no due to funds and the ridiculous prices. They also needed to order trial lenses for my husband. 3 weeks later i had to call them to find out where the trial lenses were. When i went to collect the trial lenses i was casually told that they had made a mistake and invoiced the quote and it has gone through my medical aid. I have called multiple times to speak to the owner - i have emailed - i have sent emails to the head office as well as called the head office and no feedback. They are completely ignoring the fact that they now have removed that money out of my medical savings and i have a sick child that needs all those funds. This is disgusting! they are sharks
