Torga Optical ****

Purchased 3 sets of glasses last year. The frame arm broke on one of them last week. I went into the Norwood branch that I purchased them from expecting to be able to get a new frame, I mean, it was only last year that I purchased them. Straight away the lady said that the frames were old and that she probably didn't have them. When I looked at the frames, I realised that none of the ones that I bought last year were there. They had completely changed the stock. She then said she would try and get them. She phoned the next day to say that she couldn't. I have had this quite a few times in the last. Only once were they able to find me an arm that fitted. What I realise now is that they are running a ****. Instead of replacing the frame, they force you to get a whole new set. So they will not see me again.
