Very unpleasant experience with Torga Optical (N1 City branch)

After numerous phone calls and emails, and no feedback I gave up.

39 days after eye test completed, get a WhatsApp message asking if we still want the glasses.

We did the eyes tests on Saturday 18 January 2025. Staff informed us they will make contact on Monday (20 January) and confirm medical aid payments. Which was acceptable to me.

39 days later... Well done 👏 Your customer service in a world where customer service is everything is non existent.
