I had the worst experience at the one in Lakeside Mall. I took my son In to have his eyes tested and have spectacles made. The lade explained to me that I had to pay 50% and I had the options of paying it off over two or three months. I paid the deposit of 50% and completed the form selecting that I would pay it off over three months. They told us that it would take two weeks for the spectacles to be made they would phone us in two weeks to collect. After two weeks they sent a message that the spectacles was ready for collection. When we arrived to collect the spectacles I was informed that I needed to pay the balance before I can take the spectacles. I explained to the lady what I was told Initially regarding the payment terms I was told that the lady who assisted me was new and that she had made a mistake. My problem is that I was misinformed even misled when I spoke to them. If I had known the condition was to first pay off the balance I would not have taken the spectacles at that point because I did not have the full amount to pay for spectacles. I just feel I was misled into making the sale and left with no choice but to pay the balance In order for me to get the spectacles. On top of that the manager was a Muslim lady Islam teaches us to always be honest in business.
