Torga Optical holds clients hostage by not releasing script

Please note that to date there,is still no script sent via email as my daughter need to enquire about getting reasonably priced contAct lenses. My daughter is Chanel Hendricks her telephone number is +*** and she still can't get her script from Torga as they refused to give her the script for the eye test that she paid for over R400 for. It's been more than a week now and still no script. Please use my email address *** as the go to email address. This is not on .No company can hold you hostage like this just so you are obligated to buy from only them. It's not even reasonable as there was never any indication given that when she did her eye test that she had to but new lenses from them because the first lot of 6 months supply was not up to scratch and they merely have her a stinking one pair replacement for all the lenses that broke within the lockdown period.
