Torga Optical Eye Test ****!

On Saturday the 23rd, i tested with Torga in Greenacres Port Elizabeth. They had a special for R250 and i thought great. My medical aid plan does not allow me to test with them so I thought I would score. Now that I want my test results, they tell me i need to pay more. How is that? I'm ****ed off because it was a test I was not planning on going to because it was raining but the insistant girl there called me several times to make sure i keep that appointment. I am NOT impressed and I am demanding an explanation.
