Torga Optical East Rand Repeated Incorrect Lenses.

I recently went to Torga Optical East Rand for a new set of glasses. They had a promotion deal in which you get a set of sunglasses as well. Long story short, they remade my lenses 5 times, and even after testing my current prescription, they could not get the axis of the lens to sit right in my frame, resulting in migraines from work on my computer. The axes of the sunglasses are also wrong, so they are useless. I did ask to speak to a manager at the branch, but the optometrist refused. He also said that I was in the wrong by saying the lenses were wrong, even though I later proved it to him via photograph, showing that one of the lenses had some type of defect in it. I am currently back to the old lenses as I see way better with them than any of the 6 other sets of lenses that Torga Optical made. Please note that Torga just has one lab that do all the lenses for the various branches, so I doubt there would be a difference going to a different Torga. This has never happened in 19 years of me wearing glasses. Very much disappointed.
