Torga Optical East Rand Mall

Worst experience after years of being a loyal client at TORGA OPTICAL EAST RAND MALL for over 5 years.

In September, I had my eyes test for the biannual prescription test. I'm not sure whether the East Rand Mall branch is struggling to employ a permanent & reliable optometrist, or training interns but they seem to be changing alot more often!

So my eye prescription was messed up by Torga OPTICAL East Rand Mall (then Optometrist) Mmatlala Ngoepe Practice no: OP***

I had my glasses made from a different store once I got it, seeing how it affected my prescription glasses absolutely infuriated me. I called but got another rude person on the line that insisted I come in for something that could've been solved over the phone because when I got to the store it took me less than 5 minutes.

I returner to Torga Optical East Rand Mall and all I was told, after I had to point out the problem, "Yes it's a mistake, she's no longer at this branch".

Money wasted!! And no solution from their side. I'm leaving this review now because I have exhausted all my options and still sitting with 2 pairs of brand new prescription glasses because Mmatlala Ngoepe was being ***********. Paying attention to detail obviously is part of their job and she made such a rookie mistake!!

I'm so disappointed. Torga Optical East Rand Mall, how do we fix this????
