Torga optical day light *******

Hope you will advise me or assist...In 2018/2019 I went to Torga Optical at forest hill as I was busy checking for glasses on of the consultant(Indian lady)approached me & assist me for choosing glasses..I assume she was busy with something,she asked her ***orker(black lady) to assist me..I wanted to use my medical aid for payment,the lady said she has to confirm first if my medical aid will cover the cost..She then told me,it did cover but they are running the promotion if you buy one you get one free & I only wanted one pair because of the promotion I got one free...After one week they called me to come & collect..Last year or in the beginning of the year this year I got a call from their store saying I’m owing money for one glass,medical aid didn’t pay for all glasses..I told them I took two pairs because of the promotion & the lady said my medical aid covered for all costs..I was so surprised why did they took time to tell me & now they are telling me to take this matter with their lawyers,please assist I don’t want to be blacklisted..
