Torga Optical BAD after sales service

Zero Stars. This place is just not accomodating to customers. I am not being unreasonable. I am unable to use my new lenses. I had to take new frames to accompdate the new lenses. I am reverting back to just normal reading lenses and can make use of my old Torga frame. They wont refund me a frame that has been used for TWO full weeks!! I am in contact with Brand South Africa as well as HPCSA. I will complain and let everyone know as far and wide as I can. I also have my mother in law who was having bad luck with them, She paid in full, just to be told a week later they forgot to charge something and charged her in addition. Then her new frame was bent, and had to be replaced.... she battled for weeks without the correct frame and proper lenses. Its one thing for selling and charging but you should also be willing to accommodate clients/patients should they not be satisfied. I informed them about the problem within 30 days of receiving the new pair. The frames is BRAND NEW and Beautiful but I am unable to use them. As mentioned, I had to get the new frame as my old frame was to small for Multi Add. I am not happy at all with how I am being treated
