Torga has lost it poor client service and **** quality

I was customer of torga and i will never even be again after your poor service and lack of customer service . Kogmotso the optometrist tested my eyes and provided me with spectacles after 1 month the glasses cracked so i went back and a very rude lady cornea help me and advised me that is my fault . I sent in my spectacles got them replaced at a cost . After 2 weeks the spectacles did the same cracking .Where the *****s holds the lens and the top edge . I was devastated and went back corna advising me to phone Amanda at head office . Amanda advise me to send in the spectacles and she will personalty deal with the problem. After a week she phoned ad told me that it is my problem and i have to pay again . i refused as this is exploitation charging me again for their negligence and fault giving me frame that cracks my lenses .
