Torga Galleria Mall

I am really disappointed with the glasses i received at Galleria Torga,Last year around June i went to Galleria for eye testing cause when i did my Medicals at work i was told to see an optician,The test were done and i was advised to take glasses.Medical Aid paid and i paid R3000 extra for the frame. When i recieved my glasses i was not happy because even when im wearing them but still theres no improvement ,I did complain to the Optician that was asssisting me but she said my left eye is badly damaged.If my eye is badly damaged why she did not make glasses that are suitable for my badly damaged eye.I have 2 pairs of glassses that im not using.

I went to for an eye test at Spec Save and they did test and they said these glasses that im wearing are not suitable for my eyes.

Now i have to pay again for new glasses.I really feel that i was ******.I will be glad if you can investigate this matter.
