they are useless.

I have been dealing with Toga Southgate for 10 years ,I have cancelled my medical aid last year Jan '15 and in March '15, I got myself contacts from Toga and paid cash......all of the sudden I owe them R1500.00 I don't know from where if I paid cash and paid R340.00...now I call to ask the lady for my strengths for my eye's and she tells me she is not allow to give it to me......lol this is a joke...... I will never deal with them ever again.
