Terrible service!

I ordered lenses from torga optical over a month and a half ago. After two weeks i had heard nothing from the store i went into check as normally they said it takes a week. After checking i was the wrong lenses 2 days later i was called to say my lenses have arrive when i arrived to fetch it, it had been the wrong lenses again. Then i gave it another 3 weeks and still heard nothing as i went to go and collect my lenses had been laying there since the monday and today is the friday. I and very frustrated by there terrible service as this is the third time i am ordering lenses through them and the third time that this is occurring. The bad part was nobody bothered to even apologize about the situation. I am seriously not one to complain but i have had it with them and am seriously going to take my prescription else where as i am not happy at all with their service. The fact that nobody bothered to communicate with me is the worse part. They have continuously provided me with terrible service and i would not recommend them to anyone
