Shockingly poor service and communication

I am shocked at how this company thinks its okay to hold people's script random when they had not told person medical didnt pay. The rude manner in which they have treated me is disgusting. Then when I try resolve it people hang up instead of assisting. Just because I'm black woman doesn't mean I must get poor service and be treated like ********. I am utterly disguisted
