Shameful service Torga Optical Greenstone

Would give a zero rating if I could to Torga Optical Greenstone Mall, Edenvale. Had an ingrown eyelash that I have been having problems with every few months. The lady optometrist insisted that she is not allowed to do anything without doing an eye test first. The more I explained to her that all she had to do was look into my eye, take a pair of tweezers and pull the eyelash out, the more she insisted I have to do a complete eye test first. As this condition is extremely uncomfortable I was very annoyed and gave her a piece of my mind. I only went there because the optometrists a couple of stores away from them who helped me on 2 other occasions were not available at the time. Went back to them and luckily they were available. Took them literally 3 minutes to do the job without doing any fancy expensive eye tests. Shame on Torga Optical Greenstone for their service.
