RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL

Receptionist lady "Marleen" at Lakeside mall , Torga Optical is outrageously rude and unprofessional. She treats clients with no respect. Verbally divulges information to the public about previous managements practices saying they were practicing *******ly . Does not respond with follow ups as requested by clients. Drops the phone in the clients ear while still speaking. has no peoples s****s or telephone etiquette. How did she get employed????? utterly disgusting. Puts a name out for TORGA OPTICAL!!!!!!
