Rude staff

We got to Torga Optical Kolonade, the "receptionist" (Natasha) were extremely rude. Told that we had to wait for 30 minutes (that is perfectly normal since we do not have any appointment.) She was told to tell us to sit and wait, that she did. When she was told to give us forms to complete she mumbled "self n ou tannie kan opstaan en die boek self gaan haal." That after she never told us to full out any forms.

Not impressed at all.

The rest of our time was fine...
