Prescription glasses incorrect

On collecting my prescription glasses only one of the 3 pairs was correct. (The sun glasses) I then collected the multifocal's a few weeks later only to find that within 3 weeks they had started to de-laminate. They did deliver a new pair, with no adjusting and the new pair is not the correct prescription. I have paid a lot of money and feel totally **********
