Poor service

The service from Torga optical was the worse service I have ever experienced. I am blind as a bat and no1 could assist me with ordering new lenses because there is an outstanding balance which the medical aid didn't cover. Which I can only pay on Pay day. They refuse to send me my script and refuse to give me a trail pack and even order new lenses for me. I am currently working with customers and I cannot see a thing because Torga optical refuses to assist me. This service is pathetic and should be addressed and I am a client of there's for years now. This is the first time my medical aid didn't pay in full and now they don't even want to assist me as their customer with ordering me new lenses or giving me a trial pack in order to see.
