Poor Service and Delivery - Torga Optical Blairgowrie

I visited the Blairgowrie branch and booked an eye test and purchased 2 pairs of prescription spectacles. firstly, the delayed in finalising the order, saying that they were not happy with the lenses. On receipt of the spectacles, the right lens was not to specifications and has to go back for a re-test and they sent the spec back to their lab.

On return, over a week later, it would seem that nothing was done. As in the 1st case, i sent a note via their website and was called in again for another re-test. i was informed that the Optometrist would contact me. Nothing.... I got an email to ask me to come back
