Poor Quality work. High prices.

I've had my glasses for just under a year and I've already vowed to NEVER go near Torga Optical for the rest of my life. I paid so much money for my glasses to be fitted with all extras such as scratch protection and transition lenses, only to receive neither and to send my glasses back after 8 months, because they were so scratched, I couldn't see clearly. My glasses were only fitted with transition lenses AFTER I sent them back and not when I first received them. Despite having paid for it, in full, right from the start. Since I got my glasses back, they have LITERALLY FALLEN APART TWICE. I've had to ***** them back together myself.

I have NEVER experienced this in the 17 years I've been wearing glasses (all previously purchased from spec savers).

Giving two stars instead of one, only because I dint have to pay to get my glasses redone.
